Beyond the Sword (2007) is the second expansion pack for Civilization IV. It is a massive expansion, transcending Civilization IV to a level of perfection.
Among other things, BtS improves gameplay quality in the later stages by introducing the new concept of Corporations, a powerful economic tool for expanding your empire's influence. In our humble opinion, Beyond the Sword makes Civ IV complete and probably the best strategy game of all times. New features include:
